her amazing hair-doo, too. I find her mouth to be most intriguing... so
expressive... such simple lines. A beautiful, emotional cel.

know to which Tenchi incarnation this image belongs... Tenchi Universe...
Shin Tenchi or one of the movies?? With Ayeka in her sailor suit, I am
betting on Tenchi the Movie: Tenchi Muyo in Love! Each character
is on her own layer... and the layers are stuck together. Look at Aeka's
attitude... she just about can't stand it! .
Ryo-ohki
with a bad bump! This is a scene from Sasami's paralell world that she
created in an episode of Tenchi Universe. Tenchi's teammate bounces a baseball
off of Ryo-ohki's head and causes this
huge welt! Tenchi wraps a scarf around the base of this
"goose egg" (tying a pretty bow!) and, miraculously, Ryo-ohki feels better!
Aeka
in royal splendor in the first Pretty Samy special. In this
story line, she is the high school Class President being tended by a couple
of underclassmen. In this scene
she is about to leap towards Ryoko, toss her robes aside, and reveal her
cool karate tournament outfit.
This is another cel that doesn't actually
exist in the video... but the parts of it all do! The cel is made of three
layers: Ayeka, The Girls, and the van... plus there's the beautiful background.
With the girls standing there with their eyes closed... Ayeka should have
her eyes closed, as well, according to the video. A moment later... with
everyone's eyes open, she leaps from the van. So... all of the parts were
in the animation... just not exactly in this collective moment.

and Washu-chan- Check out the action in this scene! Aeka
is defendnig her position... and Washu's not buying it. This is a beautiful
cel... plenty of brilliant color and a fun image.
