the new rookie officer of AMP: Katsumi Liqueur. Roy has a hard time in
this series. He eventually is so injured that he is rebuilt as a cyborg...
which works out great because one of the gals vying for his attentions,
AMP warrior Kiddy Phenil, is an android, herself!... funny how everything
works out!

Isozaki is half Lucifer-Hawk! The evil Lucifer-Hawks
tried mating with humans (were Earth's scientests involved?) and their
offspring were half-breeds... some appearing very normal. Isozaki has focused
her confusion into a determination to rid the Earth of the Hawks. She is
one of the chief founders of AMP. In this picture... I hope she had a chair
to lean on!
Katsumi Liqueur of Silent Mobius. (Thanks, Meg, for the information!) Katsumi is the KEY to the Lucifer-Hawk's success on the Earth. Katsumi was raised as a normal child and never thought otherwise. But... in Silent Mobius, she is confronted with the TRUTH: She is a half-breed... half human... half Lucifer-Hawk! She has "powers" that make her a strong, if unwilling, member of the AMP organization.
