Pretty Samy takes a hit! I think this is a moment from Magical Project S... but I don't recognize the scene. Fun image! Poor Ryo-ohki is flying head over heals!

Pixy Misa is looking her best! As Ramia's puppet, she aims to antagonize, and to eventually defeat, Pretty Samy. This is a nice cel because it shows a nearly full view of this colorful character. Nice attitude... nice eyes. I love these things... I added that sort of 3-dimensional look by opening the scanner, slightly, during the scan... and then photoshopping the background to lighten up the dark corners.

Konoha from Magical Projefct S. She is one of Sasami's classmates... a bit of a brat and a trouble maker... quick to use her loud mouth to pick on Misao-chan and Sasami at every opportunity. She is boy-crazy and always drooling over the class's star soccor player. Look at that hair! Nice sailor-suit and prim little over-bite. The cel has been handled a lot... but is still in nice condition.
Magical Girls Konoha and Love-Me-Ami from Magical Project S! There's a moment when we wonder who the next magical girl will be! Konoha races out of sight and we're sure it will be she... but... NO!... it is Eimi, the class boss... now transformed into the red and yellow "Love Me Ami"! Sadly... after the evils are defeated.. poor Ami can't "change back" and so it looks like she will spend the rest of her life wearing her Magical Girl outfit!
I have scanned the tapes backwards and forwards and I can not find this particular image. There is no moment when we actually see Konoha in a Magical Girl outfit. I think this must be from a promotional animation of some kind... or maybe it's a clip that made its way on to the cutting room floor.
Eimi and Kenji from Magical Project S ... a spin-off of Pretty Samy . Looks like she is reeling form a Kenji's smart remark. Eimi is the president of Sasami's class: 4th grade - Room 3. She carries the rule book and enforces the school rules. She is enchanted by Romio (Aeka's character in the series) to become the Magical Girl "Love-Me-Ami"! Sadly... after Romio is defeated... Love-Me-Ami is left transformed in her Magical-Girl outfit. Looks like she'll be that way forever. This cel is stuck to itself in every way. It is two layers with Eimi as the lower layer (stuck to the backing paper) and Kenji being the top layer (stuck to Eimi's layer). But no damage... crisp, sharp, and delightful.
Ramia - startled and dismayed! She is contender for the thrown of the magical Kingdom of Juraihelm in Magical Project S. She creats Pixy Misa to defeat Pretty Samy... who is the creation of Tsunami; Ramia's chief rival for the thrown. Got it? See her up close!

Pixy Misa waving her fist! Pretty Samy's archenemy is caught in action at about 11-1/2 minutes into episode 2 of Magical Project S . This Oversize cel is about 13 x 10.5 inches. The painted image is about 9.25 inches tall and 8 inches wide with Pixy Misa's fist being near the center of the page.
Ramia , candidate for Queen of The Magical Kingdom in the series Magical Project S and in the three Pretty Samy OAV's. This is a typical view of Ramia... a satisfied look after an evil deed, well done. In the 26(?) episodes of S, she gets a LOT of satisfaction... creating Pixy Misa and tormenting her rival candidate Tsunami and Pretty Samy. The paint colors of this oversize (14-3/4" x 9") cel are incredibly brilliant... my scanner doesn't do them justice. See the close-up detail of her face ... very nice.
Genji, Pretty Samy's dad . It is almost the end of the Magical Project S series... Pretty Samy is in trouble! Her daddy must pilot Washu's rocket into space to save his little girl. Johnny ("That's GENJI!") suits-up. See the Close-up... the image has "attitude" - determination. The cel is standard size and has the AIC stamp. There is no sketch. It's a collectible image but only an average cel... hastily drawn and painted and has a few tiny dots of paint and lint scattered across the clear background. Still... cels of Genji are hard to find... and this one has his full body and his eyes are open.

Ryoko is deep inside the monster... and Pretty Samy uses her sensitivity and her pure heart to free Ryoko from it... weak? Well... you had to be there... yeah... it was weak
